2. Quality is always a company’s life, Suntime has strict QC inspection working procedure both for mold making and injection molding. We have good Precision Inspection equipments like Hexagon CMM & projector and experienced workers who can make sure every steps are under control and make full inspections before shipping. Suntime has good management for each step such as workers training, material incoming inspection& management for steel, resin, copper, heat treatment, texture, packing material and organized warehouse management, effective production management, engineering management, quality assurance process including IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC, packing management, after service management and so on.

3. All of our designers and engineers have more than 5~10 years experience, when they were trained before starting to work on any projects, they were told to be high responsible, flexible and patient. For some very short lead time, our designers & engineers can work together with sales to provide our pre-sale service so that customers can get the order and meet their quality demand with fast marketing launch time .
