Great Visiting to Yuasa Battery factory
Glad to have the invitation to attend their sales conference in Nov of 2016, and we visited again our on April of 2019. Century Yuasa showed their thanks to our good service and high quality these years for their battery box & cover projects.
After days of communication, we have a much deeper understanding of their further anticipation as a qualified mold-making supplier. Suntime had better ideas of how to serve them better and better in the future.
As the customer was so happy about the project of automotive battery, we are invited to visit their factory and saw the whole assembly lines including the molded products from our injection molds. The customer gave us more detailed instructions on their manufacturing production line and explained how the battery would be manufactured and tested before going to market.
This was a very good experience of knowing better our customers and their quality requirements. It was always happy to know that our plastic molds are running very well and they were very happy about our quality, time control, and fast communication.
Visiting customers annually is one of our service to customers, we should have a deep understanding of what customers anticipation so that we can do better for them and try our best to exceed their expectations.
As a mold and molding manufacturer, we are not only a supplier but also team members for our customers in China. We provide good quality products within their budget plan, fast T1 samples for their fast testing, and control the delivery so that they can make sure the products go to market timely too.
