1. Not training consistently
In plastic injection moulds business, skilled workers are as important as experienced engineers. Suntime precision mould is keeping training for both of them in the profession. Training is a “process”, not an “event”. Many company don’t try the best to keep the experienced employees and not spend enough time and money on keep training new employees, that’s why some overseas customers think Chinese mould makers not have skilled workforce advantages.
2. Acting too casual about training’s importance
If employees do not understand the importance of an on-going training program, they won’t take it seriously. Suntime precision mould always let our employees know that skill is theirs in the whole life. Treat training seriously so that they could keep improve and make better life based on working in this field.
3. Training too fast
Learning is a long way to go, noboday could have knowledge overnight. That’s why Suntime mould never ask employees to get a skill in short time. We are patient enough in training them as we are patient enough to every customer.
4. Misunderstanding how adults learn
When we are student, we could learn things full day and keep our brain in study status. But after we started work in the real world, the environment won’t let us learn as effective as we did in school. Suntime teaches our employees professional information into the real world working.
5. Not tracking how training benefits the plant
‘When management can look at the numbers and see the impact of the training on key production metrics for an injection molding plant (faster cycle times, fewer rejects, less downtime, fewer accidents, etc.), it becomes easier to justify and the training system is more easily integrated into the overall production process. Seeing is believing, and proof of the impact that training is having on operations sends a powerful message that training works’
