This year, in order to meet customers’ growing production requirements, we decided to purchase some more injection machines. After many selection, we chose Yisumi. Before placing orders, our team visited Yisumi together with some other Automotive supply chain companies in south of China, and finally ordered two injection machines, and the biggest is 400 ton there.

Yisumi have good reputation in China and we believe their quality can help our plastic molding service to be better for our global customers.

During the meeting there, we not only had a view of their factories, understood their high effective production management, but also had a great training of how to be more effective in injection molding production and how to solve some difficult problems during the production.

In China, many die casting machines are from them too. We have some die casting customers and al their products are molded from Yisumi machines. But of course, for die casting products, molding is only the first step. After that, there are many secondary machining including deburring, polishing, CNC machining, drilling and tapping, surface treatment like sand-blasting and anodizing, plating or painting and so on. Suntime Mould have much experience on plastic injection molding and die casting, Trust Yisumi machines will help us more and more.
